On Saturday, January 10, we are moving Eva's furniture into her apartment!

It's amazing: so many of you have jumped in to be a part of furnishing her new place. You have given nearly every item she needs. That's incredible! Between the money donated and items given, all of the essentials are accounted for.

On Saturday, there's something for everyone to do. You can come just to meet and hang out with Eva, to arrange furniture and organize the kitchen cabinets, or come and help with a little heavy lifting.

If you want to help "Pack the Pantry," bring food staples, canned goods, or paper products. Also, anyone is welcome to bring a meal for her to eat or freeze!

Getting to do this Saturday with you is a true privilege for us. This is the first time in our work over the last year and a half we have had the opportunity to move someone who is homeless into a new place that is their own. After Saturday, our dear friend Eva will have much more than empty rooms and a roof -- she truly will have a home.
